Likewise the Powkiddy x70 is particular about other formats and will not work with most ROMs if they are zipped (compressed) with the exception of arcade and NeoGeo. Just change the file suffix ".bin" to ".img" and it'll run with no issues. Most images out there are in the bin/cue format. PSX games will only run if the disk image is named with the suffix ".img". I'd have preferred another emulator for a different system in place of the redundant Capcom one. I'm not sure why they even included a CPS emulator as FBA already runs most of the Capcom titles just fine and has a wider variety of games. These will not run MAME ROMs, you will need to download ROM images specific to each of those emulators. Powkiddy uses two different dedicated emulators for arcade games: CPS (Capcom) and FBA (Final Burn Alpha). This is one reason to replace the ROMs, so you can have more familiar versions with English dialogue and instructions. The games are largely overseas versions, so Rockman = Megaman. Good info on the x70 is hard to find, I struggled for a few hours to figure it out, so I wanted to create a post for anyone trying to customize it.

While the Powkiddy x70 works out of the box, you will probably want to add/delete the titles on yours. I've owned a number of other emus most of which require a good bit of setup. I always expect a new emulator to have some teething challenges.
